Organic Food
Are there similarities between vegetarian food and organic food? There is no resemblance between them, vegetarian food is food that contains no animal substances, such as that derived from four-legged animals, poultry or fish. Organic food is food that is grown and stored without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or artificial substance mengawet, coloring or flavoring substances, including the flesh of animals that are kept without chemical drugs. In fact the remaining remnant of such substances remain in the conventional food and we eat for decades, and accumulate in our fat tissue.
Realizing the danger to health as a whole, although so far there is no long-term comparative study of the differences between long-term effects of consuming a conventional diet compared with organic foods, but it seems very clear that organic food is better for us. If we compare the beef and dairy as a whole, organic foods contain no growth stimulants or antibiotics sediment. If we compare it with canned food, organic foods do not contain additional substances such as preservative, flavoring and coloring, and contain no fat hydrogen, which directly affected the increase in heart disease.
There are seven thousand kinds of additional material that is officially allowed to be used in non-organic food to make it easy to wither, for a brighter color, taste sweeter, more crunchy or just for a little better than that can be done by the manufacturer without the use of substances of that material. Actually, additional material was not necessary and even detrimental. The bad influence, additional ingredients that most contain substances that can trigger cancer and can cause damage. While organic foods only contain at most seven natural additives are not harmful.
